I hear from some people that they help in long distance running but not in sprinting. Some people claim that it is only done to trim fat and not help at running. i’d like to know what it improves in sport and excercise because i am training to become a royal marine commando.

Whats the job title, and what I would be doing?
I know there are different areas in which marketing covers, such as: research, analysis, creative department, and so on. I would love for someone to elaborate on these, and more, areas in which marketing covers. What is the income of someone in the creative department. I would love to have some involvement in the creative process/ advertising sector or the production process. I know that people with certain personalities would do better in certain fields in marketing, but is it possible to learn the skills needed to excel in these areas?

Also, what does a “marketing agent” do?

A few of my close friends and I are planning a trip to Orlando this summer. One of our friends is overweight, and is scared she won’t be able to ride anything. We’ve been to Disney, so we know she’s okay there. But what about Sea World, Universal Studios Parks and Busch Gardens? Does anyone know where I can find information on size/weight restrictions or perhaps other people’s experiences with these non-Disney Parks? She’s so nervous about it, and I want to help ease a little anxiety.

I have four dogs and a fenced back yard. My dogs love to go out in the back yard but I can’t leave them long because they won’t stop barking at other dogs, neighbors, people. We’ve even had our neighbors come and complain once due to our dogs barking at them so loudly and so much. I don’t blame them, it even annoys us! What can I do besides putting up a privacy fence to keep them from barking??

I’ve been body building for about 6 months now and I’m not sure how much protein I should be taking. Some people say about 30 grams a day and others say 1 gram / lb of weight.

I’m 6′3″, 220 lbs with about 18% body fat (and going down).

The other thing is when I should be taking the protein? I do take the protein shortly after a workout session, but do I need to take more protein on the off days as well?

My dog bites/mouths and acts really aggressive towards dogs that run/jump onto me or other people and I was wondering if there is a good way to make him stop. I tried saying “No!” and pulling him away but he just continues to do it.
