I’ve seen numerous articles and studies showing the dissociation between people these days because of social networks such as facebook and myspace. Where once wishing someone a happy birthday was something special and you did in person, you now just send them a happy birthday poke on facebook. Its so impersonal. Can anyone share their opinions on the impersonal numbing of these social networking sites and how they are killing our social society? Links, videos, documentries and articles would be much appreciated too.

I just downloaded the new Google Chrome web browser today, and I like it a lot–it works super fast. I watch a lot of shows on my computer via Fancast.com and I tried to do that today, and I couldn’t. It noted that a certain version of Adobe Flash was needed, but when I went to download it, it is NOT supported by Google Chrome, so I wasn’t even able to. If I download it using Internet Explorer, will the videos work on my Google Chrome? Or should I just use my IE for this certain site?

I want to publish my videos on my site. Unfortunately my web host doesn’t allow video uploads on its server, so I need to find a place where I can publish my videos and show them on my site. Do you know any free video file storage sites I can use? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What does it cost to hosting a 30 minute (HD) video on your site? I wanna get an idea of how much it cost YouTube (or even Hulu) to host all them videos. It can’t be cheap, I’d guess, but please, give me some bandwidth facts.

I am looking for one that will:

-Allow me to upload an unlimited amount of videos
-Have a time limit that is very high, if not, then no limit.
-Have a file size limit of at least 100 MB
-Allow me to upload videos that have copyrighted music
-Have good quality playback
-Allow me embed videos (optional)

I know that is asking for a lot but does anyone have any ideas?
